3. Booking and Payment

   3.1 Booking Procedure
   Bookings can be made through our website, via email, or by phone. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate information during the booking process. Swift Airport Transfer will not be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect information.

   3.2 Payment Terms
   Payments can be made online using major credit and debit cards or through other specified methods. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. All transactions are processed securely.

   3.3 Cancellation Policy
   Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

   4.1 Punctuality
   Passengers are expected to be ready for pick-up at the designated time and location. Our drivers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the pick-up point. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

   4.2 Luggage and Personal Items
   Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal items. Swift Airport Transfer is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the transfer.

   4.3 Conduct
   Passengers must behave in a respectful and courteous manner. Any form of abuse, whether verbal or physical, towards our drivers will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the service without a refund.

5. Service Provider Responsibilities

   5.1 Timeliness
   Swift Airport Transfer aims to provide timely and efficient services. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion, weather conditions, or road closures.

   5.2 Vehicle Maintenance
   All vehicles used by Swift Airport Transfer are regularly maintained and serviced to ensure safety and comfort. In the rare event of a breakdown, we will arrange for an alternative vehicle as quickly as possible.

   5.3 Driver Conduct
   Our drivers are professional, licensed, and experienced. They are committed to providing a safe and pleasant journey for all passengers.

6. Insurance and Liability
   Swift Airport Transfer carries comprehensive insurance coverage for all its vehicles and passengers. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Operator Liability and Journey Responsibility
   We, as the operator, will be responsible for accepting bookings and confirming liability in relation to the transportation services provided. Responsibility for anything that may occur during the journey, subject to accepted bookings, will belong to us as the operator.
